As a Senior Business Analyst at SA Health, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication between stakeholders and the Data, Analytics, and Insights team. Your primary objective will be to develop and document requirements related to data and reporting needs, providing expert advice on possible options to meet these requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, develop, and document business requirements with respect to data and/or reporting needs
  • Provide advice on possible solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on how requirements should be met
  • Develop specifications and input into project plans to deliver solutions to the business
  • Play a role in the development, testing, and implementation phases of solution delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of relational databases, database structures, and design
  • 4+ years' experience with multiple software development life cycle methodologies and requirements documentation approaches
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • High standard of professional competence and an ethical approach

Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: $108,109 - $116,864 per annum (ASO7)
  • Full-time / Term Contract up to 12 months
