We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant. This prime opportunity is ready for an energetic, innovative, and passionate individual who can deliver best-practice data & analytics capabilities to the business.
About the Role
Job Description:The Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant works under the supervision of the Director of Data & Analytics, executes the design and delivery of business insight solutions, and is responsible for providing exceptional services with a focus on enhancing organisational performance and building long term relationships.
The highest level of performance is expected whilst operating within the agreed service level agreements and achieving project milestones.
This role involves delivering best practice analytics capabilities, designing, delivering, and maintaining best practice data & analytics solutions, assisting and advising clients on their data strategy and transformation programs, stakeholder engagement and management, agile & waterfall-based project management, presenting information through reports and visualisation of products, translating business needs and technical specifications, conducting data & analytics products testing and troubleshooting, deploying data & analytics products, and conducting user training presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver best practice analytics capabilities, including deep business insights.
- Design, delivery, and maintenance of best practice data & analytics solutions.
- Assist and advise clients on their data strategy and transformation programs.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- Agile & waterfall-based project management.
- Presentation of information through reports and visualisation of products.
- Translation of business needs and technical specifications.
- Conducting data & analytics products testing and troubleshooting.
- Deployment of data & analytics products.
- User training presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with problem-solving and communicating with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience across the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, Azure).
- Ability to provide a client experience built upon flexibility, transparency, and integrity.
- Microsoft certification related to at least one of the following areas: data engineering, data science, or data analytics (desirable).
- Understanding or experience in advanced analytics, e.g., machine learning, IoT.
- Experience delivering projects in an agile manner.
- Experience with other Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, Qlik Sense/QlikView, or SAP Crystal Reports.
