The Senior Business Analyst role at SA Health offers a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and drive meaningful insights within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
  • Develop and document comprehensive requirements, leveraging your analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics projects, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.

This role demands strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely, and driving project initiatives forward with minimal supervision.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, database structures, and systems design, with intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate or better level of proficiency in SharePoint and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary range of $108,109 - $116,864 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
