About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to elevate your culinary skills and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Showcase your passion and creative culinary skills by preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a luxury brand standard
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and HACCP protocols
Requirements:Candidates Must Possess:
  • Trade qualification as a Commis Chef with experience in a hotel kitchen environment
  • 5-star standard of food preparation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team, reporting to the Head Chef
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP
