Are you a talented chef seeking to showcase your skills in a luxurious five-star hotel environment that values quality, innovation, and teamwork?
- Lead the breakfast kitchen brigade, setting a positive example for the team.
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and plating is executed efficiently and meets presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast station and kitchen areas in line with HACCP procedures.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
- Uphold and enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, specialising in breakfast service in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced service.
- A passion for quality ingredients, presentation, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of modern breakfast cooking techniques, recipes, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Trade qualifications from a culinary school.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Current unrestricted Australian working rights.
