Assistant Sous Chef

We are a highly rated hospitality group looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join us.

We're looking for professionals who may be classically trained, have grill experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

 What We're Looking For:

·       Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP)

·       Proven grill station experience (steakhouse or similar preferred)

·       A strong work ethic, natural leadership, and a calm, professional presence in the kitchen

·       Passion for food, flavour, and consistency

·       A collaborative, team-first mindset
