We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Residential Development Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential project in Cambridge.
This is a fantastic chance to join a reputable housebuilder and be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality homes across the South East of England.
The successful candidate will oversee a block of 28 flats and houses, working closely with a Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track record of managing residential development projects as a Site Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate site teams
- Good understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations
- Able to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis
