The successful candidate will oversee a block of 28 flats and houses, working closely with a Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Track record of managing residential development projects as a Site Manager or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate site teams
  • Good understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations
  • Able to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis
