We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis, based on a large, long-term residential scheme in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working for a reputable housebuilder and be able to demonstrate excellent commercial skills.

Responsibilities:
  • To work on a large, long-term residential scheme in Cambridge that comprises 270+ units in total
  • To provide strong leadership and guidance to junior members of the team
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers and contractors
  • To ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
  • A Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying)
  • Extensive experience working for a reputable housebuilder
  • New build residential project experience is essential
  • Excellent all round commercial skills
  • Able to commute to Cambridge on a daily basis
  • A full UK driving licence
