Residential Draftsperson

Are you a detail-driven Draftsperson looking to contribute to high-quality home designs? 

The Role As a Draftsperson, based in Sydney,you will play a key role in transforming concepts into construction-ready drawings. You'll work alongside architects, designers, and construction professionals to produce detailed documentation that meets both client expectations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Preparation of working drawings including site plans, updating plans to match construction plans.
• Producing accurate plans that comply with Building Standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback and engineering specifications.
• Ensure all plans are compliant with building codes, council requirements, and internal standards.
• Maintain drawing registers and assist in the continuous improvement of drafting processes.
• Support design reviews and amendments across multiple projects.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson, preferably in residential construction.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes and standards.
