Marketing Professional

About the Role

As a senior marketing manager, you will lead the development and tactical deployment of our marketing and e-commerce strategies to ensure optimal engagement and revenue generation across all channels and brands.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Analyse performance and report on key metrics
  • Lead content creation and management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
What We Are Looking For
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline and minimum six years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong operational and strategic leadership experience, including building, engaging and motivating a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Subject matter expert knowledge in lifecycle marketing and CRM with ability to conceptualise and map key customer trigger points
  • Proven experience working in loyalty or rewards programs
