Marketing Role
Seeking a professional to lead the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and evaluate advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and submit marketing proposals, submissions, and cost schedules.
- Maintain and update online content.
- Oversee the auction campaign process.
- Liaise with external suppliers to address and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy.
- Prepare and track invoices for vendor-paid advertising.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge marketing and advertising campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a marketing position (real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design software, including InDesign and Photoshop (preferred).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing mediums, including social media and content marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
