About the Role

Covetrus is a leading provider of animal health technology and services. We're passionate about advancing veterinary medicine and supporting professionals in their careers.

We seek an experienced marketing professional to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that engage customers across all interaction points. You will work closely with our team to provide training and coaching on omni-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective omni-channel marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Designing standardised workflows and best practices to streamline marketing efforts across channels.
  • Analyzing customer behaviour and data to identify key touchpoints and gaps in the customer journey.
  • Creating personalised experiences for customers across platforms.
  • Utilising analytics to monitor campaign success and track KPIs.
  • Conducting A/B testing and implementing best practices for conversion optimisation.
  • Providing insights into competitive strategies and recommending innovative solutions.

About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business combined with at least five years' experience in developing omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
  • The ability to critically evaluate situations and make informed decisions autonomously.
