A comprehensive marketing strategy professional is needed to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing plans across various channels.

Omni-Channel Marketing Expert

We're looking for an experienced marketer to join our team on a contract basis. While we prefer this role to be based in our Brisbane office, flexibility exists for remote work options within Australia or New Zealand.

This role involves developing and executing cross-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.

  • Develop and implement omni-channel marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Design and execute cross-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer behavior and data to identify key touchpoints and gaps in the customer journey.
  • Develop consistent and effective messaging across multiple channels.
  • Monitor campaign success and adjust strategies to improve results.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • A degree in Marketing and/or Business (advantageous) combined with at least five years' experience in developing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across various digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
