We are seeking an experienced Strategic Portfolio Leader to join our high-performing Client Delivery team. The successful candidate will take the lead in shaping and delivering a portfolio of initiatives aligned to our most critical business goals.

The role requires strategic leadership with a passion for driving business value through effective portfolio management. You will oversee a dynamic and diverse portfolio of investments and initiatives that support the growth, transformation, and operational success of our Retirement Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for senior executives, investment councils, and steering committees—ensuring transparency and effective communication on the performance and status of the portfolio.
  • Own the end-to-end management of the portfolio including demand management, evaluation, prioritization, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Drive strategic alignment across business and technology teams, ensuring maximum value from every investment.
  • Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and support executive governance forums with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Provide leadership in resolving cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years in project and delivery leadership roles, including 3+ years of portfolio management experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex portfolios with multiple concurrent projects and programs.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, PMI, PRINCE2, or MSP.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capability to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Confidence in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and governance forums.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive results.
