Job Opportunity

The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading key projects that shape the future of our stores, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to our portfolio. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that matter, keeping our customers and team members' experience at the centre of focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives that enhance customer and team member experience in stores
  • Project Delivery Governance: Oversee project delivery governance to ensure initiatives are completed on time, to quality standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including Property, Technology, and Operations, to drive cross-functional alignment
  • Project Frameworks and Tools: Develop and embed project management frameworks, templates, and tools to support consistent delivery practices
  • Program Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on program performance, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in program, portfolio, or PMO roles within a corporate environment
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in retail, commercial, or customer-focused settings
  • Skillset: Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management
