Senior Digital Portfolio Leader

We are seeking a seasoned digital portfolio leader to join our team and drive the strategic direction of our project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to lead multiple small, large, and complex programs across the business and develop, maintain, and optimise the Digital project portfolio.
You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise and balance project manager loads, providing regular reporting on project status, performance, risks, and actions, and ensuring strict adherence to ISO and compliance frameworks.
About this role:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.

- Proven track record of success in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on improving project management standards and methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative leader who fosters a positive culture that promotes trust, open communication, and collaboration.
