Project Oversight Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee Civil Construction projects in the West Brisbane region.

  • Responsible for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Accountable for monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate employee, subcontractor, procurement, and equipment activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and train relevant staff, addressing and resolving performance issues.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships, building positive relationships with subcontractors.
  • Exceptional people management abilities.
