Estimator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven understanding of construction, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tender processes, coordinating internal and external resources
  • Prepare and submit tenders, evaluate the estimating process for cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiate tenders and coordinate handovers to project teams
  • Assess and price contract variation orders
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5-10 years' experience in management on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+
