We are seeking a highly experienced project lead to oversee civil construction projects in the West Brisbane region. This key role involves managing client relationships, ensuring project compliance, and overseeing project planning and programming tasks.

About You
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is desirable but not essential for this position.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction, with a proven track record in delivering subdivision projects, is highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in people management, including building positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of the project's financial performance.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and perform employee, subcontractor, procurement, and equipment management.
  • Coach, mentor, and train staff, addressing and resolving performance issues.
