Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities and subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
