Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Procurement Professional to join its procurement team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and supplier selection to contract negotiation and vendor management.

  • Support the procurement team in complex sourcing and selecting suppliers for goods and services, leading low- medium complexity sourcing and participating in supplier evaluations and selection processes.",'
  • Support negotiations and resolution of complex and/or sensitive vendor issues, working with various stakeholders to enable effective decision-making.",'
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, including performing regular reviews of supplier contracts for the provision of goods and services to ensure they are sound, provide value for money, and meet our needs.",'
  • Provide advice and support to staff undertaking non-complex procurement and contract management activities to ensure we achieve the best possible organizational outcomes.",'
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop strategies to maximize opportunities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies.",'
  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings while monitoring supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing improvement plans.",'
  • Develop and implement strategies to build organizational capability in procurement, including managing demand and influencing stakeholders.",'
