Executive Support Officer

Single opportunity to contribute to the development of the city's infrastructure. The Director of Infrastructure Services is looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in an executive assistant role and is able to efficiently coordinate and prioritize tasks to support division operations.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Managing confidential information.
The position also involves supporting office and minor events, office resourcing, project assistance, and process expenditure for the Director.
Salary: $82,049 - $87,516 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Hours: Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight with flexible working arrangements available.
