About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team to hit sales targets and provide world-class service.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow to their full potential.
  • Ensure the store looks its best with stunning displays and a clean environment.
