
Sales Development Representative Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales development team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with organisations and connecting them to the next digital era of innovation in HR & Finance.
We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about sales development and has a strong desire to succeed. Your main objective will be to deliver qualified opportunities for progression into our Stage 1 pipeline, working closely with Account Executives on account engagement plans, and collaborating tightly with regional Marketing teams on campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Qualified Opportunities: You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and delivering them to our sales team for further development.
- Work Closely with Account Executives: Collaborate with our Account Executives to develop account engagement plans that meet our business objectives.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with our regional Marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Generate High Value Activity: Engage with new prospects daily and follow up on leads to ensure we maximize our chances of conversion.
- Conduct Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and business drivers to inform your outbound sales strategy.
- Qualify Accounts and Leads: Use your expertise to qualify accounts and leads, identifying pain points, compelling events, timelines, and decision-makers.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop strong communication skills to engage effectively with C-Suite executives and articulate the value of our solutions.
- Leverage Available Tools: Utilize our sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to perform prospecting activities efficiently.
- Maintain Salesforce Hygiene: Ensure all activities and notes are updated timely and accurately in Salesforce.
