Accreditation plays a pivotal role in the success of any event.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an accomplished Accreditation Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of accreditation services at our 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup venues in Australia.

This is a key leadership position requiring strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and effective communication. As the face of our accreditation operations, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other event teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver accreditation services and operations across multiple venues in Australia.
  • Develop and implement timely access programs for teams, staff, and officials.
  • Manage client registration processes, ensuring accurate data and smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with safety and security teams to protect sensitive information and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Oversee accreditation centre operations, including access control and logistics management.
  • Design and develop accreditation procedures and manuals under senior management guidance.
  • Coordinate AD card delivery and quality assurance, guaranteeing accurate stakeholder information.
  • Determine and display access control requirements and zoning maps for all venues.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in accreditation, venue management, or related event operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of access management principles and venue operations best practices.
  • Able to create detailed procedures and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other essential IT tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader capable of directing the accreditation team effectively. This fixed-term position offers potential opportunities for contractor/sole trader arrangements.
