Event Operations Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to lead the delivery of conferences, meetings, weddings, and other special events.

This role works in partnership with various teams to ensure seamless event delivery, including planning, execution, and follow-up. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team development and training to provide warm and friendly service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conference and event operations, previous leadership experience in hospitality and/or events, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead event planning and execution from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Drive team development and training to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of conference and event operations.
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality and/or events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
