Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Coordinator to join our corporate facilities team at our Sydney CBD location.

This key role involves ensuring the client team has everything they need to operate efficiently from well-stocked stationery and kitchens to a clean, safe, and tidy environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring monthly preventative maintenance facilities requirements, as well as any reactive maintenance needed such as electrical odd-jobs and additional cleaning.

Data entry into our payment system, relief reception coverage, overseeing concierge functions, liaison with contractors for minor works, cleaning inspections, and assisting with operational planning will also be part of the role.

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and can work effectively within a team.

Key Requirements:
