As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be a vital point of contact on-site, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of facilities management services within the client's workplace division. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a corporate office environment.
**Full working rights in Australia are required for this role.**
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Providing support alongside the team to the client in all aspects of office facilities management.
- Implementing and monitoring routine tasks and ensuring timely completion of reactive works, including appropriate escalations.
- Managing and updating preventative maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and service escalations with technical insights and approvals.
- Addressing and following through on client queries while coordinating vendor partners for maintenance work delivery.
- Collaborating with Asset Management, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment teams to ensure compliance with Australian standards.
- Assisting with contractual reporting and consolidating compliance and critical incident reports.

- Experience working in a corporate office environment where the client is a tenant.
- Proven ability to meet client needs within agreed timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
