Facilities Coordinator Position

At our organization, we seek a skilled Facilities Coordinator to deliver efficient and cost-effective facilities management services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and functional environment through proactive contract management and coordination of service providers.
  • Oversee the delivery of contracts as scoped with documented performance reviews for the services delivered including planned and reactive works monitoring.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed budgets and support regular forecast review to ensure alignment with regional financial targets.
  • Implement structured and recurring performance review of services delivered and measure against key imperatives.
  • Ensure all services delivered by contractors meet safety and compliance requirements as demonstrated through accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Manage reactive service maintenance requests promptly via automated systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Produce recurring reports supporting the Regional Facilities Manager on the status of Planned and Reactive services delivery against contracted KPIs.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will champion a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement within the Facilities Team, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of facilities management disciplines and operate independently with minimal guidance to meet business and customer priorities.
