The role of Facilities Coordinator is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day management of facilities.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the daily operations of facilities management including managing contractors and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Oversee asset management for each site ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Assist with project management and coordinate refurbishments, upgrades, and moves.
- Proven experience in facilities management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong systems experience.
- Ability to manage budgets for maintenance contracts effectively.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Management: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
