Facilities Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for managing all facility concerns and supporting the management team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage building and room leasing agreements with external partners.
- Coordinate construction, services, and surveillance cleaning group organization and supervision of IT-network and telephone services.
- Oversee internal facility concerns including office setup or relocation projects, management of internal office supplies, services, and construction as well as safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors all agreements and contracts.
- Manage office materials, hand over materials, and ordering.
- Collaborate with external partners to manage all facility concerns, including building and room leasing agreements.
- Organize and supervise IT-network and telephone services to ensure seamless functionality.
- Manage internal facility concerns, such as office setup or relocation projects, and oversee the supply chain for office materials and equipment.
- Evaluate and implement safety and security protocols throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with external vendors to secure necessary services and materials.
