About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned service professional to lead our Perth Service team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for driving the operational excellence of our technical service team and fostering business partnerships in our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional customer service and meet service level agreements.
  • Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth.
  • Manage the overall performance and development of field service staff, including training and skill-building initiatives.
  • Monitor technician performance daily and align it with weekly service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively manage labour productivity within your designated area.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to set industry best practice.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and conduct service presentations.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about delivering results in a competitive business environment, particularly in the Materials Handling or Automotive industries.
