The Role We are searching for an experienced and vibrant Lead Generator to join the team based in Canning Vale, WA.
In this newly developed role, you will provide support to the Sales and Marketing teams by generating qualified leads through telemarketing and ensuring their successful conversion into sales.
This is a phone-based role you will have an exceptional phone manner with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and sales pipelines.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Utilise an existing client base to generate leads for the Sales and Marketing teams
- Develop a deep understanding of the products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
- Use CRM to maintain accurate records of all communications with potential client

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in Lead Generation or Telemarketing role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Can-do attitude with a solutions focused outlook
- You will have a strong drive for Sales and the ability to self-motivate
- Has a fearless ability to ask insightful questions to be able to speak to decision makers
