About the OpportunityYou will join our Fitness & Wellbeing division, which combines Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness businesses to serve clients globally in key markets. We offer leading software products to gyms, health clubs, and recreation centers.
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will lead local market development efforts in Australia, focusing on establishing product-market fit, securing early wins, and building the local team.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and executing a localized go-to-market strategy for Mariana Tek in Australia
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Representing Mariana Tek in the Australian market through meetings, industry events, and relationship-building within the fitness ecosystem
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and positioning
- Hiring, training, and mentoring the first local team member as the region grows
- Partnering with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementation
- Defining operational strategies for regional expansion
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
