Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment support to assigned client groups, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Client Management & Engagement
      • Lead strategic kick-off calls to understand hiring needs and develop effective solutions.
      • Conduct and review talent supply and demand analysis, educating hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics.
      • Coach clients on how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent and build strong relationships.
      • Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring managers to ensure alignment and progress.
    • Recruitment Strategies
      • Develop early talent recruitment plans to attract diverse candidates and create a pipeline of top talent.
      • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas and roles, including identifying optimal channels for advertising roles.
      • Review QDIP dashboard data and implement countermeasures to address challenges throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
      • Attend career fairs and other events to engage with potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand.
      • Coordinate employee referral programs with local HR teams to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
    • Operational Responsibilities
      • Follow standard work guidelines for each tollgate of the recruiting process, ensuring consistency and quality.
      • E nsure job description compliance, including branding, inclusive language, and translations, to attract top talent and maintain a positive employer brand.
      • Coordinate with local HR on immigration and works council consultations to ensure seamless international hires.
      • Follow standard work for engagement and onboarding of recruitment agencies for individual requisitions, building strong relationships and driving results.
      • Request interview schedules and order gating assessments as appropriate, ensuring timely and accurate hiring decisions.
      • Enter offer details in Workday and coordinate with TA Coordinators/HR on offer letters and employment agreements, streamlining the onboarding process.
    • Additional Projects/Roles
      • Act as DEITA SME, leveraging expertise to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.
      • Act as technology champion (e.g., Workday TAP, CRM champion), promoting innovation and excellence in recruitment practices.
      • Become CP for DBS tool, utilizing knowledge to drive business growth and success.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines; experience working with a large corporation preferred.
    • Skills: Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, displaying continuous improvement mindset, and using data to solve problems.
