We are seeking a skilled recruitment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
">Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate all recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and database management.
- Proactively source and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
- Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
