Luxury Retail Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales results in a high-end retail environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for luxury retail. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, developing their skills, and ensuring they provide outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative. They will also have a deep understanding of luxury retail products, services, and trends, as well as a keen eye for visual presentation and merchandising.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, where you will work closely with your colleagues to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and maintain a high level of visual presentation throughout the boutique.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving profitable outcomes.
  • Leading, training, and developing a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Being accountable for the team's comprehensive understanding of luxury retail products, services, and trends, as well as store presentation and customer experience standards.
  • Executing a store zoning strategy and structure that enhances the customer experience and journey through the boutique.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients and assisting with developing strategies to engage, build, and grow our loyal customer base within the boutique.
  • Collaborating with your team to drive strong sales, customer experience results, and conversions.
  • Inspiring, motivating, and up-skilling your team by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
  • Making strong decisions and taking initiative to actively increase sales, brand awareness, and retention when on the boutique floor.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of luxury retail products, services, and trends.
  • Ensuring all areas of the boutique's customer journey and visual presentation are held to the highest standard.
  • Exemplifying a passionate approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Mentoring, leading, and inspiring your team to achieve KPIs and Customer Experience goals and outcomes.
  • Having exceptional communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
