Your Role in Our Success
As our Digital business continues to grow, we need an innovative individual who shares our passion for delivering outstanding omnichannel experiences.
This role will be responsible for driving client acquisition and conversion, optimizing our Digital presence, and partnering with Retail teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Acquisition Specialists to manage Google Search campaigns.
- Support content planning and management, monitoring day-to-day performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Track investment and performance targets through ongoing tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work with Retail teams to set operational hours and manage store listings across Google and other digital platforms.
- Identify levers to enhance the end-to-end client experience by championing Omnichannel 'behaviors' that break down barriers between teams.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll possess:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or omnichannel/client care environments.
