Luxury Retail Security Role Overview

This position is for an experienced Luxury Retail Security Supervisor looking to take on a management role. You will oversee the day-to-day security operations, manage a team of 2-3 security officers and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day security operations
  • Maintenance of a secure environment for staff and customers
  • Vigilant monitoring of retail operations to deter suspicious activities and respond promptly to incidents
  • Providing detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business
  • Fostering a positive team culture and maintaining a polished appearance in line with the luxury retail brand's image

Security Qualifications and Requirements

Required qualifications include a current NSW Security Licence (1A), current Senior First Aid Certificate, Police Check (issued within the last 60 days) and proven experience as a Security Team Leader/Supervisor in Luxury Retail or Concierge Experience (preferred).
