Job Opportunity

We seek a Planner/Scheduler to efficiently plan and schedule works, ensuring alignment with deadlines and optimal utilisation of workforce, trades, and resources.

The Scheduler will craft schedules to enable supervisors to achieve high levels of utilisation, minimising downtime and ensuring ample resources for substantial projects. Timely communication of the schedule is essential to keep all stakeholders well-informed.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to efficiently schedule powerline works, utilising project management tools and methodologies to optimise timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing real-time monitoring systems to track project progress, enabling swift decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Allocating and managing resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to enhance workflow efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Tailoring project workflows to specific requirements, accommodating various phases, tasks, and dependencies for a personalised and effective project plan.
  • Fostering collaboration and communication among team members by providing a centralised platform for accessing project schedules and information.
  • Integrating weather forecasts into project scheduling to anticipate and plan for adverse conditions, minimising weather-related delays and risks.
