Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Lead to support our Integrated Facilities Management Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asset life cycle management, work management practices, and continuous improvement actions.
About the RoleThis position involves guiding asset reliability activities, ensuring planning and scheduling of work schedules are delivered and completed to standard, and timely delivery of Key Performance Indicators.
- Monitoring and controlling the use of work management processes within the team
- Coching the Planning team to develop plans that adhere to work management processes and integrate multiple data sources and criteria
- Assessing the quality of planning outputs and acting to address gaps
- Reviewing and challenging resources estimates looking for opportunities to optimize plans
- Monitoring the need for outsourcing maintenance work and ensuring capability of external service providers meets business requirements
- Developing comprehensive work plans, prioritizing work based on risk and asset criticality, and delivering plans to the field execution teams on a weekly basis
- Operational delivery will be your primary focus, while ensuring consistency and client relationships are developed and maintained
- Identify improvement opportunities stemming from work management monitoring and ensure you align the teams' priorities to business and client requirements
You must have a sound understanding of Asset Life cycle management (ISO55001), work management practices, master data management, and continuous improvement actions and delivery. At least 5 years' experience and training to an equivalent level is required. Trade or tertiary education in a technical field is preferred.

Requirements- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
