Project Planning and Scheduling Expertise

We are seeking a top-tier professional to fill a critical role in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard project management software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules accurately reflect project scope and requirements.
  • Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project cost estimates and provide input into the preparation of project budgets.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on project planning and scheduling best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Qualifications or equivalent experience in Engineering or Project Management.
  • 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including cost estimating, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
