Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated scheduling professional to deliver exceptional quality and productivity, with a focus on maximum profit and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning branch removal activities, organizing and managing routes for deliveries or pickups, coordinating with drivers, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule branch removal activities
  • Organize and manage routes for deliveries or pickups to ensure efficient operations and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure they understand their schedule and routes
  • Communicate with customers to inform them about delivery or pickup times
  • Follow up and address promptly customer complaints
  • Maintain records of route schedules, driver assignments, and vehicle maintenance
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Use route planning software to optimize schedules and routes
  • Develop and enhance the competency of the team to meet and exceed targets
Requirements
  • Experience within a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level business and financial awareness
  • Process-driven and analytical approach
  • Excellent computer skills using MS suite
