Job Title: Maintenance & Facilities Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the site facilities and maintenance team. They will manage all matters relating to F&M operations, manual handling engineering, risk and compliance.

The incumbent will ensure the site facility and assets are managed in accordance with Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing contractor works and activities to ensure they're safely completed to Primary Connect policies and standards. Conduct inspections as per nominated frequencies via the nominated platform.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the procurement of non-residential services and contracts in accordance with WOW and Primary Connect guidelines.

A strong attention to detail and good physical fitness are required. The role involves providing technical and maintenance advice to onsite teams and contractors.

  • Previous experience in facilities or maintenance management is essential.
  • A proven engaging and supportive people leadership style is necessary.
  • Strong experience with contract and contractor management is also required.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of fire services, building codes, hydraulics, electrical systems, lights, mechanical systems, automation systems, MHE mobile equipment, and security systems.
