About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Sydney North. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively managing and leading your team to deliver exceptional cleaning services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Training and onboarding new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S best practices
  • Liaising and communicating with site managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Escalating issues and concerns to maintain safety and minimize downtime
  • Maintaining accurate records of uniform, chemical, and equipment inventory
  • Utilizing knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering to optimize service delivery

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supervising multiple site operations
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel and technology platforms
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service and management skills
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters
