Lead Wedding Sales Strategist

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our wedding and social event sales efforts.

This is not your average sales role. You will be the visionary behind love stories, driving growth and innovation in the industry.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our wedding and social event space.
  • Manage the entire wedding and social event journey, from inquiry to event day.
  • Cultivate relationships with creatives, vendors, and clients to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, guest preferences, and what makes an event truly unforgettable.
  • Host and coordinate showcases and trade shows that showcase our unique offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and revenue targets.
  • Execute and support operational aspects of booked business (e.g., proposal generation, contract writing, customer correspondence).

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on growth and development.

What We Value:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding and/or sales and marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated skills in adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making, with a drive to achieve results.
  • An open-minded personality and ability to think outside the box.
