About the Role

We are seeking a talented Event Sales Manager to lead proactive and reactive sales efforts for an iconic venue. As part of this role, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a small team, working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event execution.

You will leverage your sales and events expertise to educate and improve those around you, fostering meaningful connections and elevating the guest experience.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A proven track record as an Event Sales Manager in an events or hospitality business.
  • A highly structured and organized approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial awareness, particularly in regard to budgets and key performance indicators.
  • A genuine passion for events and hospitality.
