About the Role:

You will work closely with our executive team, collaborate with talented venue leaders, and lead innovation in a rapidly evolving sector.
As a Sales & Events Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and events strategies that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and events strategies to drive revenue growth and commercial success.
Grow revenue through corporate, community, and accommodation sales by building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Oversee end-to-end event delivery – from concept to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.
Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships through excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Deliver high-quality commercial insights, budgets, and performance reporting to inform business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales & events team by providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales & event leadership (hospitality, hotels, or venues) with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Experience managing multi-site operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Strong financial acumen with budget management experience, including forecasting, planning, and analysis.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
