 Event & Sales Executive – Kingpin

Kingpin is on the hunt for a high-energy Event & Sales Executive who lives for the buzz of big moments, thrives on juggling multiple projects, and knows how to make guests feel like VIPs.


 What You'll Do

  • Own the event journey – from first enquiry to final high-five.
  • Plan and execute group bookings, corporate events, and full venue hires.
  • Partner with guests to understand their needs and deliver tailored, memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with venue teams to ensure smooth execution and next-level guest satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through inbound and outbound leads, smashing KPIs and budgets.
  • Report like a pro – keeping the team in the loop with accurate, timely updates.

  • You're confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone and chase leads.
