The role of Maintenance Planner plays a vital part in maintaining our site's inventory, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and grounds for our site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with contractors and negotiating contracts
  • Tracking and managing spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory
  • Assisting with the development of maintenance budgets and managing expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
  • Communicating effectively with maintenance staff, management, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment information, and expenses
  • Assisting with troubleshooting maintenance issues and identifying solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance planning position is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues effectively
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Previous supervisory experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
